We clean rugs the almost same way that rugs have been cleaned for many hundreds of years: our effective and time-honored cleaning method: by using running water and a mild soap solution in a submersion-type process. We always make sure that any embedded dirt and dust is extracted from the rug before it is washed. Then, each rug is uniquely cleaned based on the fiber composition and what type of cleaning it needs. For example, a general cleaning is different from cleaning a rug that has been subjected to pet urine, excessive soiling, drink spills, floodwater, or something else. Either way, we have seen (almost) everything so we are well-versed in all forms of rug cleaning methods.
